Shipping
Products will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days after the payment is received. and please allow 3-5 days for the product bought from stock and 15-20 days for custom orders to ship. They are shipped through registered mail with tracking number. We can also ship faster through express mail if you require early delivery please let us know while ordering.

Refunds and Exchanges

Simply return the product within 14 days( After receiving ) for a refund, we will examine the product and will refund. Notifying as soon as possible will also help us in processing the refund quickly.
Please note shipping and packing costs are non-refundable. Also please know that custom made products are not refundable since they are made on customer specifications. Products with initials/personalizing can not be returned either. We try to keep in touch with customer during the production process of custom order so we can achieve the desired results.
